Randy Persaud

Randy completed his A.A.S. in Biotechnology at Athens Technical College in Athens, GA, a B.S. in Chemistry, with a minor in Mathematics, at Piedmont College in Demorest, GA. His current research involves computational studies of amino acids and their interaction with transition metals to elucidate proton transfer mechanisms and predicting inherent properties of metal clusters as they scale to bulk. In addition to research, Randy is also the system administrator for the Linux High Performance Clusters in the Dixon group.
